The 25 model year Defender has undergone an update focusing on passenger comfort and takes luxurious adventuring to new heights.
The 2025 model year Defender offers a simplified range of specification options, with a choice of S, X-Dynamic SE, X-Dynamic HSE, X and V8 specifications across the 90, 110, and 130 body styles.
Inspired by the iron-rich sandstone landscape of Sedona, Arizona, the Defender 25 model year sees the introduction of a new deep red body colour for the exclusive new Defender 110 Sedona Edition, available for just one year.
The vibrant red hue is complimented by 22” Gloss black alloy wheels, a black front grille, and skid plates, along with a body-coloured spare wheel cover to complete the distinctive look.
The Defender interior has received an uplift, with a redesigned centre console, featuring improved wireless charging capabilities and enhanced stowage options.
Passenger comfort is elevated with the enhanced interior options offered in the new Signature Interior Pack, with an even higher level of durable craftsmanship, exclusivity and comfort. The new Signature Interior Pack3 integrates a wide range of enhancements to the Defender’s interior, spanning seating and trim finishes.
Heated seats throughout the vehicle ensure comfort during cold weather conditions. Front row seats feature new supportive winged headrests with 14-way electrically controlled heating, cooling, and memory functions. Second row seats benefit from winged headrests and climate seats on the Defender 110 and 130 models.
The seats are complemented by material upgrades with softer accents throughout the cabin, including Windsor Leather and KvadratTM seats, available in Ebony or Caraway/Ebony and New UltrafabricsTM available in Light Cloud/Lunar colourway. The distinctive exposed cross car beam is metallic grey with a powder coat finish, and trim accents are finished in Satin Black with subtle chrome interior accents.
The Signature Interior Pack is available across all body designs, and is standard on Defender X and V8 specifications, and optional for Defender Dynamic HSE.
Now available on the Defender 130 are the new Captain Chairs. With heating & cooling technology, individual armrests, twin cupholders and optional winged headrests, the individual chairs offer second-row passengers front-row luxury and comfort, with spacious access to the third row.
The Hard Top lineup has been refreshed, with the new Hard Top Pro Pack introduced to simplify configuration for business buyers, which contains many of the most popular options in one pack, such as the Air Suspension Pack, Cold Climate Pack, Electrically Deployable Tow Bar and more.
Adventurers journeying off the beaten track are provided with a new Matte Protective Film which offers an extra layer of protection and durability to the bodywork while maintaining Defender’s exterior appearance.
The new D350 engine replaces the D300, with additional power and torque, it is the most powerful diesel engine ever offered for the Defender.
Complementing this enhancement is an EU6E compliant powertrain lineup which introduces the new P300e plug-in electric hybrid engine, and sees the new 425PS V8 engine replace the P400. Engines available for the 2025 model year are the D250, D350, P300e, P425 and P525.
